getindexrocket is a SaaS platform that helps SEO professionals, agencies, and publishers submit backlink and content URLs for faster discovery via Google Turbo Index signals and the IndexNow protocol (Bing, Yandex, and partner search engines). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

We collect information necessary to operate a secure URL indexing and account management platform:

• Account data: name, email address, password (stored hashed), plan type, and email verification status.
• Submission data: URLs you submit for indexing, selected search engines, submission timestamps, HTTP response codes, status labels (e.g. Google + IndexNow, duplicate, failed), and queue or drip-feed settings.
• API & integration data: API key identifiers (not full secrets in logs), webhook URLs you configure, WordPress site domains linked to your account, and automation preferences.
• Billing & credits: credit balance, transaction history, and payment-related metadata from our payment processor (we do not store full card numbers on our servers).
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, session cookies, and server logs used for security, fraud prevention, and performance monitoring.
• Communications: support messages and email delivery metadata when we send verification or service emails.

We use collected information to:

• Process URL submissions and deliver indexing signals to third-party search services.
• Provide dashboard analytics, submission logs, index checks, and reporting features.
• Manage your account, credits, API access, and subscription or billing status.

When you submit a URL, getindexrocket transmits that URL (and related technical data required by each protocol) to third parties such as IndexNow partner endpoints, Bing, Yandex, Google discovery/ping services, Ping-o-Matic, Weblogs.com, Archive.org, and similar crawl notification services. Those parties have their own privacy policies and data practices.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit each URL and that doing so complies with the policies of search engines and the website owner. Do not submit URLs you do not control unless you have permission.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in (session authentication), maintain security, and remember basic preferences. We may use analytics cookies to understand how visitors use our marketing pages and improve conversion and content.

We implement industry-standard measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, access controls, and monitoring. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
