Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of getindexrocket at https://getindexrocket.com, including our URL indexing dashboard, Google Turbo Index features, IndexNow submissions, REST API, WordPress plugin, billing, and related tools (the "Service").

By registering, logging in, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

getindexrocket provides software that helps users notify search engines and discovery services about URLs — primarily for backlink indexing, content discovery, and SEO workflows. Features may include bulk URL submission, drip feeds, processing queues, index status checks, API automation, webhooks, analytics, and credit-based usage.

No indexing guarantee:We do not guarantee that any URL will be crawled, indexed, or ranked by Google, Bing, Yandex, or any third party. Results depend on page quality, site authority, robots directives, and each engine's independent algorithms and schedules.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and safeguarding your password and API keys.

You must verify your email where required. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose security or abuse risks.

You agree not to:

• Submit URLs to illegal content, malware, phishing, spam networks, or pages you lack rights to promote.
• Abuse the API, circumvent rate limits, or attempt unauthorized access to other accounts or systems.
• Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission except as allowed by your plan.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or copy proprietary parts of the platform except where law permits.
• Use the Service in a way that violates search engine guidelines, IndexNow rules, or applicable law.

We may remove submissions, block domains, or terminate access for violations without refund where permitted by law.

Certain features consume credits (typically one credit per URL submission or index check unless stated otherwise). Free and paid plans include monthly credit allowances that renew each billing cycle; paid plans are billed monthly unless stated otherwise.

Prices, features, and limits are described on our pricing page and may change with notice. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable once credits are consumed or a billing period has started. You are responsible for applicable taxes.

API keys are confidential. You are liable for activity under your keys. Webhooks and cron jobs you configure must use secure HTTPS endpoints where possible.

The WordPress plugin submits URLs from your site when configured; you represent that you own or control that site and that automatic submissions comply with your content policies.

The Service, including software, design, branding, and documentation, is owned by getindexrocket or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service according to these Terms.

You retain ownership of URLs and content you submit. You grant us a license to process and transmit those URLs solely to operate the Service and provide indexing notifications to third parties you select.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE OPERATION OR SPECIFIC SEO OUTCOMES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GETINDEXROCKET AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, RANKINGS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (USD $100).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless getindexrocket, its operators, and partners from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, URLs you submit, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, non-payment, abuse, or operational reasons. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; provisions that by nature should survive (liability limits, indemnity, dispute terms) will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of getindexrocket, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes should first be sent to legal@getindexrocket.comfor informal resolution. Where permitted, exclusive jurisdiction shall lie in the courts of the operator's principal place of business unless mandatory consumer protection law requires otherwise in your country.

We may modify these Terms. The updated version will be posted at /terms with a new last updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you disagree, discontinue use and contact us regarding account closure.
